Propose your event on Incourta

Tell us about the tournament you want to run. You do not need an account — fill in the five steps below and our team will review your event, usually within a few working days. Nothing is published until it has been approved.

First, who is running this event?

We need a real contact so our reviewers can reach you with questions, and so players know who is behind the event. This information is not shown publicly until your event is approved.

The name players will see as the host of this event — your club, community or company. Not your personal name unless you are running it yourself.
Who we should talk to about this event. Only our review team sees this.
Where we send the approval decision. If this email already belongs to an Incourta organizer, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours so the event can be published under it.
Indonesian format. 0812…, +62 812… and 62812… are all understood as the same number.
Your organization's address — not the venue. You will choose the venue in step 4.

What kind of organizer are you?

Helps us route your submission to the right reviewer. It does not change anything about how your event works.

Social links (optional)

Shown on your event page so players can check you out before registering. Usernames only — no full URLs needed.
Tick this and, when your event is approved, we will set up an Incourta organizer account using the details above so you can manage the event, approve player registrations and enter scores yourself. Leave it unticked and our team will run the event for you — you can always ask for an account later.
Choose the password you will sign in with. Your account is only created once an admin approves this event — you will not be able to log in before then. Your username will be .
At least 8 characters.
Must match the password above.

Now the event itself

The essentials that appear at the top of your event page and decide how the tournament is run.

Exactly as players will see it in listings and on the scoreboard. Including the year helps if you plan to run it again.
First day of play.
Last day of play. Same as the start date for a one-day event.
After this moment players can no longer sign up, and you can draw the fixtures. Must be before the start date. Pick a date and we will default the time to 23:59.

Format

These two settings decide how matches are generated and how standings are calculated. They cannot be changed once the draw has been made, so it is worth getting them right now.
League — everyone in a group plays everyone else, and the table decides the winner.
Championship — a knockout bracket; lose once and you are out.
League and Championship — group stage first, then the top teams from each group go through to a knockout bracket.
Tennis — standard games and sets; the winner of the match takes the points.
Americano — every point scored counts towards a running total, so the table ranks on points accumulated rather than matches won.

Details

Total prize money in rupiah, shown on your event page. Leave it empty if there is no cash prize — you can describe trophies or medals in the description below.
This is the main text players read before deciding to register. Worth covering: skill level expected, what the prizes are, schedule on the day, parking, and anything a first-time entrant would want to know.
Optional, but players ask about this constantly. Match length, tiebreak rules and any equipment restrictions are the usual ones. Applies to every category.
Optional. PDF or Word, up to 10MB. Players can download this from the event page.

Which categories are you running?

Most events run several categories at once — say Men's Open and Women's Open. Each one gets its own draw, its own standings and its own set of matches. Add one for every category you plan to run.

Numbers here are counted in teams, not players. A doubles category with 16 teams means 32 people on court.
Pick every sport your event covers. Most events are a single sport.

Where is it, and what does it cost?

Pick the venue from the courts already registered on Incourta. If yours is not listed yet, just describe it and our team will add it for you.

Venue

Type at least 2 characters. You can pick more than one court if the event is spread across venues.
These are the individual playable courts inside each venue. The schedule assigns matches to them, so unticking one keeps it free. All are selected by default.
Fill this in only if you could not find your venue in the search above. Our team will register the court and link it to your event before it goes live.

Entry fees

Optional. Add a tier for each price period — for example Early Bird until the end of the month, then Regular. Skip this entirely if your event is free.
No entry fee set. This event will be shown as free to enter.

Where players pay

Because you are charging an entry fee, players need somewhere to send it. At least one bank account is required.

Images, then a last look

A good banner makes a real difference to how many players sign up. Only the main event image is required.

The main image at the top of your event page and in every listing. Landscape, 16:9 — a poster in portrait will be cropped.
Used where the layout needs a square — search results and related-event cards. If you skip it, the banner is cropped instead.
Optional. If you have a graphic explaining who may enter — ranking limits, age groups, membership rules — upload it and players will see it alongside the description.

Sponsors (optional)

A wide strip of sponsor logos. This one is the fallback: it appears on the event page, the live schedule, the scoreboard and the printed fixture PDF — anywhere you have not set a more specific banner below.
Only fill these in if a sponsor has paid for one particular placement. Anything left empty falls back to the sponsor banner above.

Check before you send

Once submitted you cannot edit this yourself — our reviewers will contact you if something needs changing.
