Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Incourta collects through the Incourta website and the Incourta mobile app, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can do about it. It applies to Players, Court Owners, Organizers and guests who register for an event or activity.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what you give us or what the app needs to work:

  • Account: name, username, email address and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and an account ID from that provider. We never see your Google or Apple password.
  • Player profile: photo, banner image, gender, city, province, category, bio, community, achievements, sports experience, favorite court, and social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, Reclub) if you add them.
  • Identity details: NIK (national identity number), a photo or scan of your ID card, birth place and date, phone number, address, and your PBPI membership number and card photo if you have one. Events use these to confirm who is playing.
  • Court Owner and Organizer applications: business details and legal documents (images or PDFs) submitted for verification.
  • Payments: photos of transfer receipts you upload to pay an event fee. We do not collect card numbers or bank login details.
  • Competition data: event registrations, partners, match results, scores, rankings and statistics.
  • Device data: a push notification token for your device, so we can send you notifications.

2. App Permissions

The mobile app asks for these permissions only when you use the feature that needs them. You can refuse or turn any of them off in your phone's settings.

  • Location: used only while the app is open, to show activities and courts near you. Your location is sent with that search and is not saved to your account. The app never tracks you in the background.
  • Camera: used to take a profile photo or a photo of a transfer receipt, and to scan player and activity QR codes.
  • Photos and files: used to pick a profile photo, a transfer receipt or a verification document you choose. The app cannot read other files.
  • Notifications: used to tell you about your registrations, matches and activities.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in
  • To register you for events and activities and to verify your identity and eligibility
  • To verify Court Owners and Organizers before their accounts are activated
  • To confirm payments for event fees
  • To record and display match results, rankings and statistics
  • To send notifications about your registrations, matches and account
  • To fix problems and improve Incourta

4. Who Can See Your Data

  • Everyone: your public player profile (name, photo, city, category and the profile fields you fill in) and your match results, rankings and statistics.
  • Event Organizers: the details and identity documents of players registered for their own events, so they can check that the person playing is the person who registered. Organizers lose this access if your registration is rejected.
  • Incourta administrators: your account and identity details, for verification and support.
  • Only you and the people above: your NIK, ID card photo, birth date and place, phone number and address. These are never shown on your public profile. ID documents are stored in private storage that has no public link.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Third-Party Services

Some features run on services from other companies. Each one receives only the data that feature needs:

  • Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: to sign you in
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): to deliver push notifications
  • Google Maps: to show venue maps and give directions

These services handle data under their own privacy policies.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, data travels over encrypted connections, sign-in tokens on your phone are kept in the device's secure storage, and identity documents are kept in private storage that only authorized users can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

7. Keeping and Deleting Your Data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings on the website or in the app.

When you delete your account, you are signed out, your email address, username and Google or Apple link are removed from it, and your player profile is taken down. Results of matches you already played stay in the event records, because they are part of other players' results too. If you want any remaining data removed, contact us and we will handle the request.

8. Your Rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you can:

  • See and correct your data from your profile, or ask us for a copy
  • Withdraw consent, for example by turning off app permissions or notifications
  • Ask us to delete your data or limit how we use it

9. Children

Players under 18 may take part in events. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to your use of Incourta. A parent or guardian can contact us to review or delete a child's data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update the date at the top of this page when we change this policy. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you through the app or by email before it takes effect.

11. Contact Us
